Cancellations / Refund / Exchange


We believe once you place an order with Ridhani, you will never feel a need to cancel your order or ask for refund. However, in one of those rare occasions where you need to cancel your order and ask us to process a refund, below rules will help you.

  • When you buy a Ridhani garment, the sale is final with your selected customization and personalisation choices online or offline.
  • Every Ridhani garment is made from scratch just for you, hence we do not have exchange available.
  • Only if the garment is damaged when you receive it or not as per your specifications, an exchange is considered..
  • Once the order has been confirmed, no changes in the design and fabrics is possible.
  • Any alterations to your garment will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your Ridhani garment. Changes will be charged extra.
  • Refund is not available for fully customized garments.
  • Refunds or exchange is not available for store bought garments.
  • When you buy a Ridhani outfit in standard design and size, and you are not satisfied with the fit, Ridhani will alter the outfit within 14 days of receiving your garment. After that alterations are chargeable.
  • We take 14 days to deliver your favorite Ridhani outfit after confirmation of order. In case of delays, for the first 7 days of delay from our end we will give you 10% off on your next purchase. If the delay in 15 days or more, we will give you a 20% off on your next purchase.
  • We promise to make your Ridhani outfit ready for trial within 14 days from the order confirmation[Only when the full payment has been received, order is confirmed]. However, if you are not available for trial on time, those delays are not considered for the above offer.

We take utmost care to give you the perfect Ridhani outfit on time, however during certain unforeseen situations the above clause will help you protect your cause. We hope you really enjoy shopping with us and don’t have to refer to this section ever.
